Hi again! I’m Michelle Huang, a curious and passionate product designer based in New York City.

I’m also a professional problem solver who values efficiency, scalability, and resourcefulness. With 7 years of project & program management experience across Meta and Google, I’ve thrived being in the “gray space” of product teams – not fitting neatly into a specialized role, but a generalist that's uniquely positioned to collaborate across many teams. This strength has enabled me to be adaptable, wearing many hats and solving complex problems across product development, intellectual property, and supply chain.

While focusing on IP content takedowns at Meta, I began to develop a deep passion for wanting to understand the user experience – How are users reporting content? And, is the reporting flow reliable? Driven by the desire to build with empathy in mind, I scaled a program to design and test reporting flows for IP infringement, ensuring a seamless user reporting experience.

My curiosity propelled me deeper into the product world. At Instagram, I learned about the product development lifecycle, advocated for functional quality, and understood the value of fixing inefficiencies and problems as they occur to build a better user experience. Working alongside product teams on exciting product launches inspired me to pursue design.
